We understand that life happens and schedules change; however, to ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellation & No-Show Fees Cancellations with 24+ Hours' Notice: No charge. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No-Shows: Guests who miss their appointment without any prior notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
